Please Help Us Protect Public Healthcare
Public healthcare in Canada is under threat. Privatization is creeping in. Universal access is being undermined. But we’re fighting back—and we need your support to keep going.
The Waterloo Region Health Coalition is 100% volunteer-driven. We have no paid staff, no corporate funding, no government grants. Every dollar donated goes directly to the work of defending and expanding public healthcare for everyone in our community.
Your donation funds the tools we need to organize, educate, and advocate:
- Information leaflets that reach thousands of residents with the facts about pharmacare, dental care, and threats to public healthcare
- Lawn signs and promotional materials that make our campaigns visible across Waterloo Region and spark community conversations
- Website hosting that keeps critical healthcare information accessible 24/7 to anyone who needs it
- Digital meeting tools that let volunteers across the region collaborate, plan campaigns, and coordinate advocacy efforts
- Printing costs for petitions, fact sheets, and materials we distribute at community events and public meetings
Every lawn sign planted is a statement. Every leaflet distributed is someone informed. Every campaign we run brings us closer to a healthcare system that works for people, not profits.
We’re all volunteers because we believe in this fight. Your donation keeps us in it.
